Staying physically active helps children and young people stay healthy, both physically and mentally. Doing or learning about art or music is also very good for children and young people.

Doing sports or other recreational activities reduces young people’s involvement in unhealthy activities.

Staying active helps

It has been shown that staying physically active helps children and young people stay healthy, both physically and mentally. Participating in sports (outdoors or indoors), outdoors play and games, in general being active, reduces their involvement in unhealthy activities.

Doing or learning about art or music is also very good for children and young people. Apart from developing the art skills it is helpful when comes to studying in general and gives joy and fulfillment in life.

Parents have a vital role in encouraging their children to be active physically and mentally and to live a healthy live.
